Coaching is different to therapy in that it is focused on specific goals and outcomes. The coach supports the individual to identify their goals for the sessions and to take action between sessions to implement small changes that will move them towards their goals. 

Goals in coaching can be set by the client or be identified in conjunction with the coach. We also offer a number of set courses based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for specific presentations. This includes: 


CBT for Insomnia 

CBT for Anxiety 

CBT for Depression 

Coaching sessions are run by Rhianna Stavish (Mental Health Counselling Intern) and are overseen by our principal psychologist, Jenna Mayhew.
