Session Fees

Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. Extended sessions are available on request

and the fee is pro rata.

Individual Session Fee:

MX$2000+IVA = $2320 per 50 minute session for all therapists, with the exception of
- Dr Jenny, the fee is $3000+IVA = MX$3480
- David, the fee is $2300+IVA = MX$2668

Reduced Fee: For clients not using insurance, Rhianna, Clementina and Rebecca can offer a reduced fee of $1700+IVA = $1972 and Valeria can offer a reduced fee of $1500+IVA = $1740. Please enquire about availability of these spaces.

Couples/Family Session Fee:

MX$2200+IVA = $2552 per 50 minute session for all therapists, with the exception of:
- Dr Jenny, the fee is $3000+IVA = MX$3480
- David, the fee is $2500+IVA = MX$2900

Reduced Fee: For clients not using insurance, Rhianna and Rebecca can offer a reduced fee of $1900+IVA = $2204. Valeria can offer a reduced fee of $1700+IVA = $1972. Please enquire about availability of these spaces.

Insurance:

We offer direct billing to AFSPA insurance. You will only receive a bill for the 10% copay.
For all other insurances, you will be asked to pay the fee and claim back from you insurer. We can provide any supporting documentation necessary. Please check if your insurance covers this and if there are any restrictions on the type of therapist you need to see (e.g. psychologists only). In our experience, all types of therapists are covered by most policies and you can see anyone in our team. Approximately 1-3% of the time, only specific professions will be covered.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice: No fee.
Failure to attend session/cancellation within 24 hours of the session starting: full fee.

Payment Options:

Payment can be made in person via cash, direct bank transfer or deposit at an OXXO. For those without a Mexican bank account; we have several international bank accounts including for the USA, Australia and UK, so that 'local' direct transfers can be made in these countries.
