Practice Manager 

We are a fast-growing, high-volume psychology and psychotherapy clinic seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-driven Practice Manager to support our day-to-day operations, client experience, and team functioning.

As our Practice Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the clinic. You will coordinate and oversee all administrative, organisational, and logistical aspects of our practice, ensuring a warm, seamless experience for clients and a supportive, efficient environment for our therapists.

 

You will collaborate directly with the clinic director and will take a lead role in scheduling, communication, workflow optimisation, event coordination, and problem-solving.

POSITION CRITERIA 

​​​

Requirements: 

  • Living in CDMX (applications from outside of Mexico City will not be considered unless firm plans are already in place to relocated to Mexico City) and available to work at our office in Hipodromo Condesa, CDMX

  • Fluent in either English or Spanish (with intermediate or above language skills in the second language) 

  • Minimum commitment of two years

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

  • Calm under pressure and excellent at anticipating needs before they arise

  • Comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively

 

EXPERIENCE 

  • Experienced in settings such as: healthcare, psychology, executive assistance, clinic coordination, event planning, office management, operations, or similar roles.

  • Phase 2: A maximum 10-minute handheld/self-made video answering introductory questions (these will be emailed to you) 

  • Phase 3: In-person interview (45 minutes) 

  • Phase 4: Reference checks

  • Phase 5: Trial days

Therapist/Psychologist

​

Therapist/Psychologist: Are you a therapist living in Mexico? We are always looking for high-quality, high-performing practitioners to join our growing team. â€‹As part of working with us, we offer frequent clinical and peer supervision as well as a stipend for ongoing professional development training.

​

This role is open to therapists from multiple disciplines, including Psychology, Psychiatry, Social Work and Counselling. This role is unfortunately not open to coaching, alternative therapies, or short courses in counseling/rapid transformational approaches, as this falls outside of our scope of practice.

We can offer working visas and support in seeking the appropriate registrations as required.

THERAPIST/PSYCHOLOGIST POSITION CRITERIA 

​​

• Living in CDMX (applications from outside of Mexico City will not be considered unless firm plans are already in place to relocated to Mexico City) and available to work at our office in Hipodromo Condesa, CDMX

• Fluent in either English or Spanish (bilingualism is not required)

• Trained in evidence-based approaches such as CBT (traditional and third wave approaches including ACT, DBT, etc), person-centred/Rogerian, narrative, attachment-based, trauma-informed models such as Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, neuropsychological etc.

• Registered with your Cedula Professional or equivalent body; or eligible for registration

• Warmth, flexibility and a strong commitment to best practice and ethical codes

• Minimum commitment of two years

  • Phase 6: Reference and licensure checks
